HOUSTON – An 18-wheeler on Katy Freeway caught on fire Saturday afternoon, police said.
The fire was reported at 4:05 p.m. in between Barker Cypress and Greenhouse roads.
Mainlanes were backed up for hours before the scene was cleared.
It is unknown what caused the fire.
