HOUSTON – A second man has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a 10-month-old boy in southwest Houston.
Kravon Human, 20, was arrested and charged with capital murder Tuesday.

Jared Balogun, 24, was the first man charged with capital murder in the June 14 death of Messiah Marshall. Police said Balogun confessed to the crime during an interview by detectives in connection with charges unrelated to this case.
He was arrested June 19.
Investigators said a 22-year-old man was taking out his trash and helping with his son, Messiah, walk at Nob Hill East Apartments when three men approached him. One of them began firing, killing the child.
Police said that while the motive of the shooting is still under investigation, it is possible that it was in retaliation for a previous altercation.
Investigators said they are still searching for the third person believed to have been involved in the shooting.
