HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Cy-Fair EMS is on the scene of a major accident in northwest Harris County.
The single-vehicle accident happened on the Grand Parkway at FM 529 around 7:15 a.m.
Multiple patients are being transported, and two of them are being airlifted to the hospital for treatment.
