HOUSTON – Charges have been filed a suspect who police say was driving drunk when he caused an accident that killed a 23-year-old man.
Sesar Ramon Chacon, 25, is charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The fatal accident happened around 3:40 p.m. Monday.
According to Houston police, Chacon was driving a tan Honda Accord northbound on Sweetwater Lane at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the car.
The car veered off the roadway and crashed into a fence, killing the passenger on impact.
Chacon was transported to Ben Taub Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and found to be intoxicated, police say.
