Cory posted a Facebook Live from the police station addressing the mistake.
"When they decided to put my brother on the national media as a suspect, I approached the police to let them know that 'hey man, my brother had nothing to do with it.'
A police officer walked into the interview room with Cory and asked him to put his phone up, but Cory was able to finish his Facebook Live confirming to everyone that his brother has been cleared.
"Family and friends, y'all make sure y'all let the world know Mark Hughes had nothing to with that. Please let them know," Cory said.
Mark appeared on TV explaining what happened.
"I can't believe it. I can't believe it," Mark said. "We received a phone call that my face was on there as a suspect, and immediately I flagged down a police officer.

"He's turned himself in. He turned his gun in. So they'll run all kind of tests," Cory said.
