Massive car fire closes southbound lanes of Highway 249 at North Sam Houston Parkway

HOUSTON – All southbound lanes of Highway 249 at North Sam Houston Parkway were closed Wednesday after a massive car fire.

The fire was reported just before 6 a.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
