According to a press release, Bellagreen will open a sixth location, and that restaurant will reflect its new prototype concept. It will open in September in Houston’s Vintage Marketplace.

The existing locations will be rebranded by the end of the year.

“The new name was selected to reflect our goal of creating beautiful food while striving to make the world a more beautiful place,” Jason Morgan, CEO of Bellagreen, said. “The combination of ‘bella,’ the Latin word meaning beautiful, and green, signifying our brand's philosophy of ‘down-to-earth eating,’ reinforces dishes that appeal to both your tastes and your eyes.”

The name and decor may be different, but the restaurant will still serve customer favorites. Bellagreen said the menu will include its popular honey fried goat cheese arugula salad, high-protein hempanadas and quinoa mac and cheese.

An additional restaurant also means a new staff will need to be hired. Bellagreen will host a job fair on September 7-9 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the new restaurant on 10111 Louetta Road in Suite 500. Bellagreen officials said interested candidates are welcome to apply in person for on-site interviews.
