Surveillance video shows Jack in the Box aggravated robbery

HOUSTON – Police are seeking the public's help to identify two suspects wanted for an aggravated robbery at a Jack in the Box restaurant in east Houston.

Last Friday at around 10 p.m. two men robbed the restaurant in the 300 block of N. Main

The first man is black male 5 feet 10 inches, and weighing around 220 pounds. He was wearing a red hat, black shirt and gray sweatpants. He also had a silver and black pistol.

The second man is Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, and around 200 pounds. He was wearing a black T-shirt, camouflage shorts and black shoes.

The black man opened the door to go behind the counter, pointed the gun at employees and demanded cash from the counter register and drive-thru register while the Hispanic man stayed in the lobby. 

Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office Robbery Division at 713-274-9210 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

There are five different ways to provide anonymous tips:

• Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).

• Text the letters DPS, followed by your tip, to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cellphone.

• Submit a Web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive about whom you have information, and then clicking on the link under his or her picture.

• Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).

• Submit a tip through the DPS mobile app. The app is available for iPhone users in the Apple App Store and for Android users on Google Play.

All tips are anonymous, regardless of how they are submitted.
