HOUSTON – Police are investigating a fatal shooting in west Houston.
Authorities said they were called concerning a shooting at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday at the Madison Park apartments in the 9800 block of Meadowglen Lane.

Officers said when they arrived, they found the body of Quintero Medrano, 23, lying in a grassy area near the apartment complex. Authorities said Medrano "suffered possible gunshot wounds."
Witnesses told investigators that two unknown black men were seen leaving the scene.
