HOUSTON – Tropical Storm Karl has formed over the far eastern Atlantic with 45mph winds.
The storm is moving West at 14mph.

This motion will continue over the weekend and into early next week as the storm strengthens to 70mph.
This will put Karl just outside of the Caribbean on Tuesday.
