Two east Harris County businesses catch fire

HOUSTON – A fire in east Harris County started at a commercial building and then spread to a restaurant, investigators said Tuesday morning.

Firefighters were called to the fire in the 15900 block of Market Street for a fire at a tire shop. Crews arrived and found smoke coming from the tire shop and a connected taco shop.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
