SPRING, Texas – A secretary with the Spring Independent School District is suing the district after she says she was sexually harassed by a dean and school officials didn't do anything about it.
Tesha Garganta alleges that Jeremy Hubbard sexually harassed her from Nov. 2013 until Jan. 2014 when she was a secretary at Edward M. Wells Middle School.

According to court documents, Garganta said she told the district what was happening, but no action was taken.
Spring ISD told KPRC 2 the district takes employee relations seriously and will respond accordingly once the lawsuit is served.
