HOUSTON – Sprint customers are receiving personal, handwritten thank you letters from the company.
The wireless carrier is pushing an initiative where employees are writing and sending handwritten thank you notes to customers.

Every Thursday, Sprint employees are each writing at least five thank you notes.
According to Sprint, so far, the company has mailed out more than 470,000 handwritten notes.
