The menu has an elevated approach to style of dining that bridges Mediterranean inspiration with Houston swagger. For starters, the duck breast is a slow roasted maple leaf duck breast, duck fat confit potatoes, rainbow Swiss chard, smoked baby carrots, blood orange sauce. If duck isn’t your forte there’s also the herb roasted salmon with roasted cauliflower and chickpea hummus, rapini, brown butter caper sauce, toasted almonds. Is your mouth watering? Because mine sure is.
