Until Nov. 21, you can see artists at work at certain areas of H-Town, as the “Big Walls Big Dreams” All-City Mural Festival is underway.
KPRC 2′s Sabirah Rayford spoke to Elia Quiles, owner of UP Art Studio, about the month-long event in the video above, featuring England-based artist “Inkie.”
