Welcome to the new Malibu Barbie Café, where every corner is an Instagrammable pink paradise straight out of your dollhouse dreams!
This immersive pop-up experience, inspired by the iconic 1970s Malibu Barbie, will run from mid-August through mid-October at Junction HTX on Washington Avenue. The experience combines a vibrant, retro-themed dining atmosphere with a roller rink, offering visitors a nostalgic trip back to Barbie’s groovy California roots.

Organized by Bucket Listers in collaboration with Mattel, this café promises a unique blend of fashion, food, and fun.
The café will feature a fast-casual menu crafted by Chef Becky Brown, a Master Chef finalist, with all-day friendly fare and delectable desserts, along with exclusive Barbie merchandise.
Visitors can also enjoy a variety of activities, including $1 roller skate rentals, with proceeds going to Girls Inc. of Houston. Special events like Cupcake Decorating Classes and 21+ Skate Nights will also be offered, making it a destination for all ages.
