Though Gage and Megan didn’t officially meet until 2017 at Robert Morris University, their lives had been running parallel for years. Megan grew up in Donegal, PA, and Gage in Ligonier, PA, just 30 minutes apart. Both worked at Hidden Valley Mountain Resort, but their paths never crossed—Megan as a lifeguard in the summer and Gage as a ski instructor in the winter.

It wasn’t until a mutual friend connected them that fate finally brought them together. Megan, curious about this “Gage” she kept hearing about, turned around during a campus news show and made the first move.

From that moment, their love story blossomed, leading to Gage popping the question on July 3, 2023, and Megan saying, “Yes!”
