TODD MISSION – The Texas Renaissance Festival offers a world of fun for the whole family, with thrilling escape rooms, blacksmithing adventures, and a host of live performances that will transport visitors to another time.

Plus, kids 12 and under get in free every Sunday at the Texas Renaissance Festival.

Rides, games, & activities: There are hand-powered rides, games of skill, and fun attractions throughout New Market Village. Most activities cost between $3 to $5, providing affordable entertainment for all ages.

Demonstrations: Educational and interactive, families can watch artists demonstrate traditional crafts like broom making, weaving, and glassblowing, offering a blend of history and creativity for children to enjoy.

Scavenger hunt: Explore the village with two scavenger hunt options, a quick 30-minute beginner’s hunt or an extended expert challenge, rewarding puzzle-solving skills with a unique souvenir.

Dragon Forge Experience: Kids ages 6 and up can try their hand at blacksmithing, forging their own piece of metal in a hands-on, interactive adventure at the Dragon Forge.

Entertainment: Enjoy live performances such as knights jousting, magicians, acrobats, and jugglers, or experience the wonder of birds of prey flying above.

Escape room adventures: Families can participate in one of four exciting escape room challenges, including “Airy Botter & the Sorcery School Headmaster’s Office” and “The Pirates’ Dilemma,” adding a magical and adventurous twist to the festival experience.
