KATY – A TikTok video is gaining widespread attention after more than 150 people lined outside a Katy courthouse, all saying they received the same traffic violation from the very same Harris County officer.
The video, created by TikTok user Keara Kenise, humorously captures the scene and has since gone viral.

In the video, Anderson films the long line of people outside the courthouse, each holding a traffic ticket. As she makes her way down the line, she asks the drivers where they were pulled over and which officer issued the citation.
To her surprise, every person had the same response: they were pulled over by Harris County Sheriff’s Office Deputy R. Hubbard near the intersection of Fry Road and Interstate 10. The common violation? “Improper stop” at a traffic light.
The video has resonated with many, with commenters sharing their own experiences and frustrations with the same officer and location.
Deputy R. Hubbard has served with HCSO for 27 years. Currently, he is assigned to Traffic Enforcement in District 4 of West Harris County, where he focuses on maintaining safety on the roads.
One thing’s for sure, I’ll be driving like a model citizen anytime I’m near Fry Road and Interstate 10!
