Abbas then takes Chris to one of the busiest and most famous Pakistani restaurants in the country, Aga’s.
At Aga’s the goat chops are a must, they sell thousands a week, but Chris also tries karahi and nihari, a slow braised beef stew he says deserves to have its own special moment.
Then, it’s on to dessert. Chris tries an Aga’s specialty, mithai chaat - a carrot-cake like sweet mixed with chunks of gulab jamun.
Aga’s can serve up to 4,000 customers in a single day through its large dining room and advanced take-out ordering system.
Chris gets one more authentic Pakistan experience before leaving Aga’s. Watch the show to see what he thinks of the after meal digestive, paan!
