Cookin Time with H-E-B: Mummy dogs, bleeding brain cheeseballs for Halloween!

Mummy Dogs
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4-6

1 package HEB Cranberry Smoked  Sausage
1 tube of crescent dough
1 cup  Roberts Reserve Cran Razz Sauce

1. Cut crescent dough into thin strips and wrap  around sausages being careful to overlap in some places and leave others slightly open to expose sausage slightly.
2. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook on a baking sheet 12-15 minutes. Drizzle with sauce and serve.

You could also use other varieties of smoked sausages


Bleeding Brain Cheeseball
Preparation Time:  10 minutes
Serves 6 to 8

3 8-ounce blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups pecan or walnut halves
½ cup Roberts Reserve Cran Raz sauce

1. Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar n a medium bowl, roll into a ball and place on a plate for a flat surface.  
2. Cover with pecans and drizzle with sauce. Serve with your favorite crackers.


Ganache Pudding Tombstones
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4-6

1 package jello instant pudding or prepared pudding cups
4 Oreo cookies crushed
4 small Graham crackers
½ cup Oh My Ganache White icing

1. Prepare pudding according to package directions, scoop into small cup to chill.
2. Melt Oh my Ganache according to directions on jar.
3. Spread ganache on graham crackers these will be your tombstones.
4. Put icing in a piping bag and with the smallest tip write RIP on each.*
5. Stick tombstones in back side of pudding cup, sprinkle oreos in front. Serve.

If you don't have a piping bag any sealable plastic (Ziploc Bag) will work. Just put a couple of tablespoons of  icing in one corner and cut a very small tip of the bag.
