HOUSTON – The American Woodcock is a seasonal visitor to Texas and can be commonly seen in the Houston area in November and December. Timberdoodle was injured and brought to Houston SPCA’s Wildlife Center of Texas. The woodcock recuperated and flew off to continue his migration path.
