Thrift bloggers, Too Cheap Blondes, certainly think so.
They teamed up with Derrick Shore and Courtney Zavala and put them up to the test in a new edition of Thrift Shop Throwdown.
The goal is to see between them, who can find the item with the highest retail value with a $25 budget.
