Last minute SPOOK-TASTIC makeup tips to complete your Halloween look
HOUSTON – When it comes to creating the perfect last-minute Halloween makeup look, Steven Cole, of Cole Colors Makeup Services is showing off a few looks that anyone can do with basic makeup products at home.
