HOUSTON – Spindle Tap Brewery will serve as host for this year’s festival and will be serving up hop-filled brews to go along with hot sauce-laden eats. There will also be mouthwatering samples from vendors and food trucks with one major thing in common, the hot sauce of course. The festival is scheduled to take place Saturday, Jan. 9 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m in honor of National Hot Sauce Day,
