Today’s tasting is focused on guilt-free wines for our resolutions and recovery after the indulgent holiday season.
The Unexpected Shiraz is from Andrew Peace Wines and is vegan-friendly, organically grown and preservative free wine. This is perfect for anyone with sulfite sensitivity. Shiraz is one of my personal favorites. It’s packed with flavor, but not heavy or overpowering. This is great to pair with lamb or beef, roasted veggies or a cheese board.
Shiraz is the Australian version of they Syrah grape and is known for its inky purple coloring and big fruit aromas. Big bonus here, this bottle is $13.
