HOUSTON â Houston chef Chris Shepherd stopped by Saigon Pagolac in Houstonâs Asiatown where he announced his new show âEat Like a Localâ airing exclusively on KPRC 2 starting September 16 at 10 a.m.
Jacklyn Pham, owner of Saigon Pagolac, joined Shepherd for the announcement. The pair also introduced some of the restaurantâs top Vietnamese dishes including a jellyfish salad, whole catfish and spring rolls that diners create themselves. Saigon Pagolac has been a part of the Houston community since 1989 and specializes in Seven Courses of Beef.
Shepherdâs new show will introduce viewers to Houstonâs diverse food culture and hidden gems in Houstonâs food community like Saigon Pagolac.
