‘Outlander’ actor Sam Heughan chats with KPRC 2’s Bill Spencer

HOUSTON – Scottish actor, Sam Heughan, plays Jamie Fraser on Starz’s hit show ‘Outlander’ whose heartthrob status has fans swooning all over the world. Rumor has it he could be the next James Bond.
