HOUSTON – The food can be a reason all in itself to make your way to RodeoHouston but there is really only one place you can dine in style, The Ranch Steakhouse and Saloon.
The Ranch is the only sit-down dining experience on the NRG Park Grounds. Within the comprised of three dining experiences – the Saloon, Steakhouse and Skillet.
The Saloon is a first come, first served upscale casual dining experience featuring a large main bar with nightly live music, along with the Porch, a covered outdoor patio with cocktail tables.
The Steakhouse is the fine dining side, where guests can reserve tables in advance.
The Skillet is new to The Ranch for Rodeo 2024. Located outside the main restaurant, it is a walk-up window serving elevated versions of carnival food inspired by Berg Hospitality’s high-end restaurants. The menu includes items such as a Wagyu Corn Dog, Ben B Smash Burger, Bacon on A Stick with Truffle Honey and Cowboy Croissants which are croissants that are deep-fried and churro-crusted with cream stuffing.
