You can do the same for your gym bag. The rubbing alcohol will kill any bacteria before you use it again. Take all of its contents out and give it a good wipe. Wash your dirty clothes, towels, shoes, and bottles before your next gym session for a clean slate.
Spring cleaning should include your shower tools. Dr. Ingraham recommends changing the razor every two weeks. Loofas can be washed thoroughly with detergent and hung to dry.

Another tip for a Spring reset is to exfoliate to unclog pores and promote cell turnover. Hydrate to achieve a dewy, and youthful glow.
