HOUSTON – There’s a fun new hot spot that’s gearing up to open this Friday in Garden Oaks, and check this out – it’s a 126 square foot shipping container!
High Five Mini Bar is located in the new ‘Stomping Grounds’ dining destination featuring creative and colorful cocktails.
Stomping Grounds is in the heart of the Garden Oaks neighborhood, and it’s a great way to be able to offer a new element to its nightlife scene that already has tons of yummy food destinations.
High Five Minnie Bar gives off an adorable laid back vibe complete with little throwback nods...i.e.- the Orange Lazzarus made with Sunny D!
Other cocktail creations include:
- The Laid Back (gin, hibiscus, grapefruit lemonade, triple sec)
- High Five Rise (tequila, cantaloupe agua fresca, lemon, grenadine, agave)
- Mr Chips (vodka, creme de cacao, white chocolate liqueur, cold brew)
- Bermuda Swizzle (dark rum, white rum, lime, spices, mint,, sugar, house bitters)
- Wham Bam (reposado tequila, mezcal, sherry, mint, lime, cucumber, soda)
- as well as other riffs on classics such as the Old Fashioned and spritz
The big grand opening will be Friday, March 29th kicking off at 4 p.m. with fun cocktails and prizes, plus live music from Swimwear Department.
