HOUSTON – It’s the season for golf, so why not join a few of your closest PGA champions on the green for the Insperity Invitational in the Woodlands at the end of this month!
The Insperity Invitational golf tournament is a free event presented by UnitedHealthcare and PGA Tour Champions, where you and your family can see big name PGA golf stars up close and personal at the Woodlands Country Club April 29th - May 5th.
Make sure to mark your calendars because this is an event you don’t want to miss! Here’s the schedule, subject to change:
Monday, April 29 and Tuesday, April 30 - GOLF COURSE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 - Woodforest National Bank Championship Pro-Am
- 7:30 AM & 12:30 PM ** – Tee times every 10 minutes
Friday, May 3 - First Round of Championship Play
- 10:30 AM ** – Tee times starting off Hole #1 and Hole #10
- 5:00 PM – John Daly Grip it and Rip it Long Drive Competion
Saturday, May 4 - PINK OUT to support Breast Cancer Awareness with Canopy Cancer Center, Second Round of Championship Play
- 7:30 AM ** – Tee Times Starting off Hole #1
- 2:00 PM ** – Folds of Honor Greats of Golf Competition
- 5:00 PM – Volunteer Appreciation Party (Volunteers ONLY)
Sunday, May 5 - Final Round of Championship Play
8:00 AM ** – Tee Times starting off Hole #1
5:00 PM – Trophy Presentation on the 18th Green

And even though the tournament won’t be in ‘full swing’ until the end of the month, Lauren Kelly got a fun preview with Executive Director, Bryan Naugle, and PGA Tour Champions Player Boo Weekley who will be making his first appearance at the event.
