HOUSTON – What do you need a lawnmower for when you’ve got over 100 goats to do it for you? 😜
The goats from Rent-A-Ruminant Texas have once again returned to the Houston Arboretum to help ‘mow’ -- or feed on -- the overgrown vegetation in the areas around the trails.
They were scheduled to be here a few weeks ago, but the storms in Houston changed their plan a little bit.
This is always such a fun activity for the whole family to check out, and this year you can find the goats in a 3-acre area along the outer loop between the south meadow trail and muscadine trail.
Because the severe weather shortened their visit, make sure you get all the info HERE before heading out to see them.
Watch as Lauren Kelly chats with Christine Mansfield – Arboretum Sr. Manager of Marketing & Development, and Kyle Carr - Rent-A-Ruminant owner, all about these special goats.
