HOUSTON – On July 15, create a positive impact on National Give Something Away Day.
Bread of Life, Inc. is a Houston-area non-profit that provides resources to underserved communities. According to their website, “It only takes one decision to make an impact in someone’s life,” and you can make a positive impact.
Partnering with Starbucks, Bread of Life is gearing up for its National Give Something Away Day campaign by encouraging communities to donate essential items to Houstonians for their back-to-school drive and relief efforts. Even though National Give Something Away Day is a one-day event, the organization is celebrating throughout July to raise enough items for their All-In Back to School event on July 20. At this event, Bread of Life will distribute 2,000 free backpacks filled with back-to-school supplies. There will also be kid crafting stations for children to enjoy.
