HOUSTON – There are certainly plenty of reasons to check out the Southern Smoke Festival happening next month, but if you’ve got a sweet tooth - there’s an extra special sweet reason for you to come!
Two-time James Beard Award winning pastry chef Christina Tosi will be heading to Houston October 5th to do a special live demo at the festival, happening at Discovery Green
You may know Christina from her appearances on ‘Master Chef,’ Netflix’s ‘Bake Squad,’ or as the pastry genius behind New York City’s popular Milk Bar.
As top chefs from around the country preparing to head to Houston for the Southern Smoke Festival, Christina checked in to talk about why she joined the line up and what tasty Milk Bar treats she’s bringing with her.
From her special ties to Houston, (Katy!) to which cakes she made for Taylor Swift on her birthday, watch as Lauren Kelly chats with Christina ahead of her trip to Houston next month.

Proceeds will benefit Southern Smoke Foundation, which has distributed more than $12.3 million to F+B workers nationwide and more than 5,400 no cost counseling sessions.
