Fish Company Taco is Back in Galveston!

HOUSTON – After undergoing a fresh renovation, the beloved taco spot is not only rocking a new aesthetic but also serving up an exciting menu that’s chef-driven and packed with local flavors.

Fish Company Taco is dedicated to using locally sourced seafood and ingredients. You’ll find a taco for every craving, with flavors spanning the globe. Think Baja-style fish tacos, Vietnamese, Korean, Dirty South, and Empire-inspired tacos—each bite promises a culinary adventure!

At the helm of this exciting relaunch is Raz Halili, a man who knows his seafood. Raz also owns the popular Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House in San Leon and is the VP of his family’s Prestige Oyster business. A leader in the seafood industry, Raz has been recognized for his sustainability efforts and was recently featured on the cover of City Book as part of their Leaders and Legends edition. Under his leadership, Prestige Oyster became the only certified-sustainable fishery in North America, recognized by the Marine Steward Council.

Beyond the tacos and fresh drinks, Raz’s commitment to educating customers about sustainability shines through. He’s led initiatives to recycle oyster shells and enrich local reefs—ensuring our oceans stay vibrant and delicious for generations to come.

New to the menu are mouthwatering crudos, inventive sides, and weekly specials from their creative culinary team. And if you’re thirsty, their fresh, juice-based frescas are designed to impress.
