A leader in the seafood industry, Raz has been recognized for his sustainability efforts and was recently featured on the cover of City Book as part of their Leaders and Legends edition. Under his leadership, Prestige Oyster became the only certified-sustainable fishery in North America, recognized by the Marine Steward Council.
