A face haunting a wall and more! The spooky side of Galveston

HOUSTON – Galveston stands out as one of the spookiest towns in the United States. According to local author and historian Kathleen Maca, it’s “one of the most haunted locations, not just in Texas but across the country.” Maca, who leads cemetery tours in Galveston, has even encountered ghosts personally!

One infamous tale is that of the “Face on the Wall” in Galveston, which has an unsettling background. Captain Adam Parsons from Baywatch Dolphin Tours explained that the eriee face, has been acid-washed off twice, yet it keeps coming back.
