But how do you cope? And how do you start a difficult conversation, especially after the recent presidential elections?

Licensed Therapist Karen Winston, LCSW, stopped by ‘Houston Life’ with expert tips for navigating your feelings. She has been practicing for thirty-two years, worked for the Houston Texans, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine in the Menninger Department of Psychiatry.
