HOUSTON – The annual chocolate holiday display is back at the Hilton Americas Houston!
‘The Night Before Christmas’ themed display is available to see through Dec. 26th!
Experience the snowy wonderland just outside Santa’s workshop this holiday season, where busy elves are diligently preparing for Christmas.
Crafted by Pastry Chef Mahesh Weerasinghe and his talented team, this enchanting 1,800-pound chocolate display beautifully captures the magic and spirit of the season.
The giant display is made of 1,300 pounds of dark chocolate, 1,000 pounds of white chocolate, 500 pounds of icing, 20 gallons of corn syrup, 100 pounds of chocolate gravel and takes about 2,500 hours to build.
Aside from the chocolate display, the hotel will also be featuring Breakfast with Santa every Saturday and Sunday from Dec. 7 – 22, there’s a new “Selfies with Santa” photo booth nearby the chocolate display, as well as fabulous hotel packages that include accommodations, ice skating tickets to the Ice at Discovery Green, breakfast, WiFi, and gingerbread cookies prepared by Chef Mahesh.
