HOUSTON – Parts of the Katy Freeway outbound before Barker Cypress were temporarily shut down Wednesday morning due to a tanker truck fire.
Houston firefighters arrived to find an 18-wheeler fully-engulfed in flames around 9:22 a.m.

The fire was brought under control just before 10 a.m.
No one was injured.
