HOUSTON – A Houston area woman has turned her passion for the Houston Texans into a fun business adventure.
Each buckle takes up to three hours to decorate, Archer said
Andrea creates the blinged out buckles for all 32 NFL teams. With the Texans in the playoffs, her buckles are in high demand.
