GALVESTON, Texas – Galveston County issued an arrest warrant Thursday for the county's district clerk, Jason Murray.
Murray had several run-ins with the law recently. On Tuesday, deputies arrested him following two separate car accidents in League City. Arresting officers believed Murray was driving while intoxicated.

That arrest was for a probation violation. Months earlier, he entered a guilty plea on a charge that accused him of assaulting his wife.
Murray pleaded guilty to that case and was sentenced to two years probation.
