TV, TV on the wall, who's the funniest of them all? And who's the most effective at pushing their respective companies' brands and pitching drivers to change their insurer? For that business-side of the story, there's an interesting article published by the Insurance Journal.

For the purposes of this post, we focus on the entertainment side of things. You've gotta admit, it was cool to see Geico's Gecko, on journey around the country, make a pit stop in Texas (There's also the "Brooklyn Bridge" ad which has a fresh beat and the Gecko mocking a NY accent).
Whether it's the Gecko, Progressive's "Flo," or the Farmer's "Professor," these commercials are big productions with great writing and spot-on acting. They're so good, the mascots have cult followings. And the companies have all created YouTube pages to push the messages.
