HOUSTON – A man is accused of taking "upskirt" photos at a Houston-area dollar store.
Authorities said Ernesto Pineda, 38, was taking pictures of a woman at the Giant Dollar Store in the 9000 block of the North Freeway on Saturday.

Officials said the customer complained to the manager, who then called Houston police.
Pineda was questioned by police at the store.
Authorities said when police looked at the images on Pineda's camera, they found photos showing the woman's undergarments.
Pineda was arrested and charged with improper photography. He's being held in the Harris County Jail on $35,000 bond.
Pineda is due in court on Tuesday.
