HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man has been arrested in a shooting that left three people dead.
The shooting happened in February 2012 on the 2400 block of F.M. 1960 West at the Gallery at Champions apartment complex in north Harris County.
Binh Hung Nguyen is facing capital murder charges after being accused in connection with the deaths of 16-year-old Jeffrey Madrid, 20-year-old Francisco Romero and 16-year-old Christopher Santos.

Madrid was still alive in critical condition when authorities made it to the scene. He pointed to another apartment unit where investigators found Romero and Santos deceased with gunshot wounds. Madrid told police that a man named "Ben" shot the three men. He was transported to North West Hospital but pronounced dead after arriving.
Nguyen, 20, is being held at the Harris County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility.
