CONROE, Texas – Tenaris announced Monday that it is suspending operations at its mill in Conroe and about 230 employees will lose their jobs April 24.
The company released a statement that read in part:

"Record levels of unfairly traded imports of OCTG (oil country tubular goods) from South Korea and the sharp decline in the price of oil and consequential reduction in drilling activity have driven Tenaris to make this decision."
