HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened in north Houston on Saturday.
Police said it happened at about 10:50 p.m. in the 500 block of Greens Road.

Investigators said Danny Adams, 33, was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Officials said they responded to a shooting call at the Durham at City View Apartments and found witnesses giving first aid to Adams.
Investigators said that evidence at the scene determined that Adams might have been taking out the trash when an unknown person shot him several times.
