HOUSTON – There's a traffic alert this weekend for the north side of town. The Hardy Toll Road will be closed this weekend for ongoing work.
Travelers headed to George Bush Intercontinental Airport or planning to use the toll road are advised to find an alternate route.

Here are a list of the major closures impacting the Hardy Toll Road this weekend:
- Hardy Toll Road will be closed in both directions from FM 1960 to IH 45 North beginning at 10 p.m. Friday and reopened Monday at 5 a.m. Alternate routes can be found here.
- The FM 1960 interchange at the Hardy Toll Road will be closed Friday at 10 p.m. through Monday at 5 a.m.
- The Hardy Airport Connector will be closed in both directions from JFK Blvd. to the Hardy Toll Road beginning Friday at 10 p.m. through Monday at 5 a.m.
- The westbound Hardy Airport Connector exit ramp to northbound Hardy Toll Road will be closed beginning Friday at 9 p.m. through Monday at 5 a.m.
