HOUSTON – Houston Police have filed charges against three suspects in the fatal shooting on January 22 at 9800 Bissonnet.
James Wallace Fields, 23, Ashten Nichole Carter, 23, and Christopher Demond Hollis, 21, have been arrested and charged with capital murder.

Patrol officers noticed a vehicle in a strip center parking lot at the above address, and upon inspection of the vehicle, they noticed multiple bullet holes on the outside of the vehicle. An unresponsive male was sitting in the driver's seat with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's identity has not been verified.
