Goose Creek CISD student arrested for having loaded gun on campus, police say

BAYTOWN, Texas – A Goose Creek CISD student arrested Wednesday after he was accused of having a gun on campus.

According to authorities, the 16-year-old boy carried a loaded pistol onto the Ross S. Sterling High School grounds.

Goose Creek CISD spokesperson, Beth Dombrowa said it was a tip given to Crime Stoppers that led to the arrest.

The teen, a junior at the high school was taken into custody without incident.
